Job Title: PMO Support – Governance & Reporting
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, organized PMO Support professional to ensure our projects run smoothly behind the scenes. You won’t be managing projects, but you’ll keep a close eye on them—tracking outputs, financials, schedules, and reporting—so the project managers can focus on delivery. Your role is all about governance, insight, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and trackers.
* Consolidate and produce clear, timely project reports for stakeholders.
* Monitor financials, budgets, and resource utilization across projects.
* Ensure project managers deliver required documentation, updates, and approvals on time.
* Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where needed.
* Support governance processes, including board packs, steering committees, and audits.
* Act as the “traffic controller” for PM outputs—ensuring consistency, completeness, and timeliness.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Solid experience in PMO support, governance, or project reporting (not necessarily project delivery).
* Comfortable with financial tracking, reporting tools, and dashboards.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, follow-up mindset.
