Key Details
Location: Nationwide – remote working with occasional travel to the offices required
Hours: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility available
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefits

Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role within our Commercial team, supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and taking ownership of various commercial processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Conducting monthly project reviews with Project Leads to monitor financial performance, risk, and change management
* Managing project change control and collaborating with the team to validate costs and forecast reports
* Leading subcontractor procurement, including tendering and performance management throughout the project lifecycle
* Reviewing client contracts and advising design teams on obligations and risks
* Monitoring utilization and non-billable hours to support overhead reductions
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, consultancy, design, or term-service environments
* Experience with NEC contracts and subcontractor procurement/management
* Strong skills in contract review, risk identification, and commercial reporting
* Working knowledge of change control and commercial governance frameworks
