The role:
What you’ll do:
1. Supporting the Planning teams to ensure the plans are ready to load through collaboration with key stakeholders. This role also covers a large range of general and planning administrative tasks.
2. Administrative duties which should be undertaken using initiative (or as directed when necessary), including the collation, analysis, and interpretation of various forms of information and data.
3. Prioritisation and planning of both individual and team tasks as part of set objectives, ensuring that all reporting lines are adhered to and relevant departmental, team and individual objectives are fulfilled.
4. Ensures high-quality communication takes place with all stakeholders, suppliers, and customers and that this takes place in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Expected to work collaboratively within the department and throughout the airline as a whole, its partners and suppliers.
6. Ensures compliance with all appropriate company, legal and regulatory requirements, and any other regulations, as directed by line manager or the business.
7. Creates a workplace culture which enables excellent teamwork and promotes high performance, in line with the company commitments and Hallmarks.
8. There is an expectation that you will undertake adhoc work on an exceptional basis or provide relevant cover for other team tasks.

Your experience:
19. Education to Level 2 (or educational equivalent)
20. Alternatively, possesses equivalent experience.
21. Knowledge of engineering planning processes and systems.
22. Business understanding.
23. Knowledge of Engineering’s integrated processes and systems.
24. Knowledge of H&S legislation.
