The Support Developer is a crucial role, blending technical prowess with a passion for customer success. This role is central to enhancing platform adoption, ensuring product quality, and driving user delight. You will take the lead as you work closely with the customer success assistant and the product team to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and innovate on quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support development: Problem-solving to find solutions to bugs and technical issues and then implementing the fixes.
* Platform support: Provide technical support, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of user issues to enhance satisfaction and drive platform adoption.
* Quality assurance: Develop and implement QA strategies to identify bugs and ensure the highest standards of platform performance and reliability.
* Feature testing: Collaborate with product development to test new features, providing feedback and insights to ensure they meet user needs and quality standards.
* Feedback: Serve as a bridge between customers and the development team, translating user feedback into actionable insights for platform improvement.
* Process improvement: Participating in improving all processes around tech and development.
