To support this multi‑billion‑pound development, we are seeking a Project Systems & Information Lead to ensure the integrity, accessibility, and seamless operation of all project information and digital systems across this fast‑moving site.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Shared Services Lead, you will act as the central authority for project information management, digital system optimisation, and document control governance. You will lead the configuration, operation, and continual improvement of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and associated field‑management platforms, ensuring every stakeholder has the right information at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Governance
* Line‑manage, mentor, and develop Document Controller(s).
* Ensure compliant and consistent information management aligned with BS EN ISO 19650 and Golden Thread principles.
* Maintain robust workflows, permissions, audit trails, and information‑security protocols.
Digital Systems Management
* Configure, administer, and optimise the Project CDE and Field Management systems.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for all system‑related queries.
* Support commissioning and decommissioning of systems as the project progresses through phases.
* Provide first‑line technical support for system‑related hardware and software issues.
Training & Engagement
* Deliver training and onboarding for internal teams and external partners on digital tools and processes.
* Promote digital adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement across the project.
Quality, Audit & Assurance
* Oversee quality checks, system audits, and compliance reporting.
* Ensure data integrity, controlled archiving, and long‑term information governance.
* Identify opportunities to enhance digital workflows, processes, and system performance.
Your Profile
* Significant experience in information management, document control, or project systems within construction, civil engineering, or major industrial environments.
* Proven hands‑on expertise with CDE platforms (e.g., Viewpoint for Projects, Asite, Aconex, or similar).
* Strong leadership capability with experience developing small teams.
* Excellent understanding of ISO 19650, Building Safety Act obligations, and structured information delivery.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365 and digital construction tools (e.g., Field View).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with an ability to explain digital processes to non‑technical users.
* An analytical mindset focused on optimisation, consistency, and continuous improvement.
