Here at Woodford, the nurturing environment and the carefully selected team of practitioners ensures each child is cared for in a safe, secure environment with planned activities. They have dedicated rooms on offer for the various age ranges, each reflecting the seven areas of learning. As Room Leader you will join the leadership team and support with the day to day management of the site and your specific room. Within this you will help to lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring the highest standard and quality of care. You will be familiar with all educational standards and requirements, and able to step in to support the Nursery Assistants. This is a full time, permanent Room Leader position working days between Monday to Friday on a flexible hours rota and paying up to £30,000 per annum. Experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioners and Room Leaders with at least NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education, CACHE or similar are encouraged to apply. Room Leader profile: * Level 3 Childcare / CACHE / Early Years Qualification * Strong leadership skills with previous leadership experience within a Nursery setting (E.g.
