The role:
From day one, you'll lead, share ideas, and take charge of your success and our business. With a strong team and dedication, anything is achievable. Join us as an Account Manager, managing accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting wholesale partners to grow sales across our portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Build relationships within the independent free trade sector to drive sustainable growth for our brands and customers.
* Manage existing relationships and seek new business opportunities.
* Develop a network of stakeholders to achieve volume and revenue targets with a long-term strategy.
* Implement trade activations to increase value and volume, ensuring excellent brand execution and customer experience.
* Differentiate brands through innovative support that adds value.
* Manage account P&L, track performance, and present quarterly reviews for key accounts.
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong work ethic, persistence, resilience, and a commitment to career growth.
* Excellent local market knowledge and experience in the beer or similar industry.
* Ownership mindset, responsibility for results, and leadership qualities.
* Ability to build relationships with customers, consumers, and stakeholders.
* Previous sales experience is preferred.
* Effective communication and relationship management skills.
* Negotiation, objection handling, and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in English, with good mathematical skills.
* Time and workload management skills; experience with on-trade and premium brands is a plus.
