We're seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Director to drive and expand the Building Surveying function in Birmingham, with flexible working and the opportunity to work across other regional offices.

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director:
1. Lead and grow the Building Surveying offering in Birmingham, scaling the team over the next 12-18 months.
2. Take a hands-on role delivering and managing NEC Supervisor duties on high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
3. Oversee a pipeline of projects ranging from £2m to £25m across regeneration, infrastructure, healthcare, industrial, and high-end residential.
