Main duties of the job
The purpose of the post is to provide administrative support to the Community Nursing Team and other clinical teams, acting as the first point of contact for communications between patients, visitors and health professionals (internal and external).
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative functions within a Community Nursing team and assist with the Strata referral system. Coverage is required Mon-Fri during office hours.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* NVQ 3 Administration or equivalent experience
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
* Accurate typing and keyboard skills
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
Desirable criteria
* Previous experience in a healthcare office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology
