About the Role:
You will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s banqueting kitchen, working with a large, skilled brigade to deliver flawless culinary experiences for weddings, corporate galas, and high-profile functions.
With fresh produce grown on-site, the hotel places a strong emphasis on seasonal and sustainable cooking, giving you the tools to create exceptional menus that reflect the quality of the ingredients.
