Join us at this extraordinary workplace:

Founded and managed by Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum, a Community Interest Company committed to securing sustainable coasts and oceans for future generations, Marine Energy Wales (MEW) coordinates support for the rapidly growing marine renewable industry in Wales.

Our vision is to establish Wales as a global leader in sustainable marine energy generation, and we are proud to provide a voice for the wave, tidal and floating offshore wind (FLOW) industries.

There has never been a better time to join the marine renewables industry, with Welsh renewable projects accelerating at pace with tidal stream in North Wales and floating offshore wind in the Celtic Sea. Wales is on track to play a key role in the UK’s journey to Net Zero, delivering jobs and significant supply chain opportunities. As our Membership Coordinator, you will be part of a team of like-minded people committed to realising Wales’ marine energy potential.

The perfect addition to our team:

Are you a people person with a knack for organisation? This role will help keep our 100+ members informed, engaged, and excited to be part of Marine Energy Wales. You’ll be the friendly face (and inbox) behind our growing community, handling everything from welcoming new members to making sure long-standing ones feel valued.

You’ll also get stuck into event planning, business support, and development work across both Marine Energy Wales and our marine energy test centre, META. No two days will be the same, but they’ll all be rewarding.

We are actively seeking contributions from all backgrounds and individuals outside our usual network to make a tangible, positive impact in the rapidly evolving field of floating offshore wind. We especially value diverse lived experiences that can enrich our decision-making and challenge conventional thinking. If you can bring fresh skills, perspectives, and a collaborative spirit, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our forward-thinking team.

Key responsibilities:
