Techni-Dri Ltd is Scotland’s fastest-growing property restoration company, delivering expert solutions in fire, flood, and damage restoration. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Claims Handler to join our Stirling-based team.
The Role
As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from initial instruction through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact between insurers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, contractors, and clients.
* Maintain clear and up-to-date claim records.
* Use claims management and operating systems to track progress.
* Ensure service level agreements and deadlines are met.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a claims handling or insurance-related role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Confident using operating systems and claims software.
* Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Desirable
* Experience using Symbility (preferred but not essential).
* Experience within property restoration, construction, or insurance sectors.
