Role: Junior Property Manager
Working Week: 5 day working week | Monday – Friday
Location: North London
Requirements: Must have Driving Licence - Own car a bonus
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful North London estate agency who are looking to hire a Junior Property Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience within Property Management or a similar property-related field who is looking to step up and develop their career within property management.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
* Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging repairs with contractors
* Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
* Assisting with tenancy renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
* Liaising with utility providers, inventory clerks, and other third parties
* Handling tenant queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Supporting with deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processes
* Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM/property management systems
* Assisting senior property managers with administrative and operational tasks
* Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience within property management, lettings administration, or a similar property-related rolebeneficial
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional and approachable manner when dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements advantageous
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Full UK Driving Licence
Salary:
£28,000 – £32,000 per annum [DoE]
