You will be responsible for:

In this role, you will greet and welcome customers warmly, chat with them to understand their shopping needs, sell the right products, and ensure they have a great shopping experience.
Alongside excellent customer service, you’ll need to be a team player, ensuring your store looks great, with the right products on shelves and excellent services on offer.
You will need:
* To be ready to roll up your sleeves and do what’s needed to put customers at the heart of everything we do.
* To greet each customer with a warm and friendly welcome.
* To listen to and talk with customers to find out their needs.
* To ensure customers find everything they want.
* To be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services.
* To always be in store, on time, smartly dressed, and ready to serve.
* To follow Post Office processes and procedures.
* To serve age-restricted products responsibly, thinking of 25.
* To work as part of a team to complete store duties.
