This role is vital in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users.You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning across a variety of areas, following set procedures and working as part of a small, supportive team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, previous cleaning experience, and a flexible, proactive approach. If you're reliable, take pride in your work, and enjoy working independently, we'd like to hear from you.What you'll do:Carry out evening cleaning duties to agreed standards and in line with the Evening Cleaning SOPClean hard floor surfaces and dust
low-level areasEmpty waste bins, following correct waste separation proceduresEnsure cleaning in meeting rooms meets required presentation levelsUse time management systems (e.g. Kronos) to log hours accuratelyReport incidents or issues via handover notes or to the Cleaning SupervisorMaintain safe working practices in line with H&S, Fire Safety, and First Aid policiesWork collaboratively with the cleaning team and support colleagues when neededWhat you'll bring:Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferredAble to prioritise tasks and manage time effectivelyReliable, self-motivated and able to work independentlyGood verbal and written communication skillsPhysically fit and able to carry out all cleaning dutiesPositive team player with good attention to detailCustomer-focused with a methodical and accurate approachWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
