* Oversee system and process integration, ensuring functionality and communication.
* Lead System Engineering, ensuring requirements are met and risks managed.
* Serve as the technical point of contact for stakeholders.
* Manage technical assumptions and requirements, reporting KPIs accordingly.
* Collaborate with senior project managers to define and manage project tools.
* Support the establishment of Communities of Practice and define partner workflows.
* Develop and support technical integration management plans, workflows, and tools at project and programme levels.
* Ensure compliance with governance and stage gate processes.
* Support knowledge sharing, process mapping, and activity guides to align teams and measure KPIs.
* Provide technical support for partner systems and data exchange processes.
* Due to security requirements, candidates must be UK nationals and able to obtain security clearance.

Required skills and qualifications include:

* System thinking and understanding of how different components interact.
* Requirements and acceptance management, with a focus on schedule and risk.
* Knowledge of requirements management and data governance.
* Stakeholder interface and integration management skills.
* Passion for belonging, alignment with vision, and inclusive behavior.
* Commitment to excellence, integrity, safety, sustainability, and work-life balance.
* A technical degree or equivalent experience, ideally with an APC.
* Relevant experience in requirements management within construction or consultancy sectors.
* Experience in high-security sectors, with DV clearance preferred.


Additional assets include:

* Membership in professional bodies (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
* Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
* Strong commercial acumen and leadership experience.
* Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of sustainability considerations impacting projects.
