The Company
The client is a well-established manufacturer with operations across the UK and Ireland. Youll be joining a stable, supportive finance team within a successful and growing organisation.
The Rewards
As the successful Assistant Accountant, you will receive:
* Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000
* 10% annual bonus
* 5% pension contribution
* 32 days holiday
The Role
As the successful Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Assisting with management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting)
* Supporting statutory accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
* Managing daily cash flow and supplier payment runs
* Preparing VAT returns (UK and ROI)
The Person
The successful Assistant Accountant will meet the following criteria:
* Part-qualified, qualified, or QBE
* Strong industry experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Confident working in a busy and collaborative team
