Job Description Accounts & Audit Assistant Manager Location: Lancashire / Greater Manchester (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: Competitive Excellent Benefits (c.£45-65k) Are you ready to take the next step in your audit career? We're working with a leading accountancy practice that is looking for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their dynamic and supportive team. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage statutory audits from planning to completion, making valuable client recommendations. Prepare and review year-end accounts under FRS101, FRS102, and FRS102-1A. Collaborate closely with tax and advisory teams to provide clients with a seamless service. Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser. Mentor and support junior team members, providing training and feedback. Contribute to department improvements by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. Your Attributes: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant audit experience. Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Passionate about providing exceptional service and developing others. What’s on Offer?
