Overview

The Role Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Automotive Engineering to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, fostering student success, and shaping the next generation of automotive professionals.


Your Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality learning experiences aligned with curriculum requirements.
* Assist in designing and enhancing course content to meet industry standards.
* Support student recruitment, retention, and progression through targeted guidance and development.
* Maintain compliance with programme regulations, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices.
* Stay up to date with advancements in electrical installations and teaching methodologies.
