We are seeking an Administration Specialist for Attendance to join our team at Hopescourt School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Since opening in September 2024, Hopescourt has grown into a school where learners exceed expectations. Our growth continues as we have recently moved into our new purpose-built school on Waterside Drive, Walton-on-Thames - a learning environment designed specifically to meet the needs of our children. Our new building features flexible classrooms, therapy spaces and communal areas supporting independence, collaboration and wellbeing. Here, pupils will access specialist support alongside high-quality subject teaching, combining the best of mainstream and specialist education to ensure they can make excellent academic progress while developing socially and personally. At Hopescourt, we believe no child should ever have a glass ceiling placed on them. Details

* Job title: Administration Specialist - Attendance
* Location: Walton on Thames
* Contract: Term time, permanent
* Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00, Friday 08:00 to 14:30 (less 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break)
* Salary: Pro Rata £23,530 to £24,747 (FTE £27,634 to £29,064)
* Responsible to: School Business Manager and ultimately Headteacher

Key Responsibilities

* Provide effective specialist support in your designated area
* Research and analyse data and information appropriate and relevant to your current specialism
* Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations based on your findings


Essential Requirements

* An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Experience working in an office environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
