Systems Manager
(Edinburgh - Hybrid, 2 days a week)
Nigel Frank International are proud to be working with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking to appoint a Systems Manager to take ownership of their internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys driving system improvement, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering meaningful business change through technology.
Responsibilities -
* Take full ownership of the D365 CRM platform, including day-to-day management and long-term roadmap
* Identify opportunities to enhance and expand system functionality
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
* Drive improvements in user experience and adoption across the business
* Streamline and automate business processes using D365 capabilities
* Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms
* Oversee system updates, releases, and ongoing performance
* Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and support
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (essential)
* Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process optimisation
* Experience in system configuration, customisation, and enhancement
* Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
* Experience managing system upgrades, integrations, or third-party tools is highly desirable
