Overview
We're growing fast and are looking for a proactive, organised Administrator to support our supplier and sales teams. This role is all about communication, accuracy, and keeping information flowing smoothly.
As an Administrator, you'll play an important part in maintaining day-to-day relationships with our suppliers, updating and tracking pricing information, and ensuring our sales team has the details they need to succeed. You'll keep processes running efficiently, handle updates quickly, and bring energy and structure to a busy, people-focused environment.
The Role
As Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting smooth communication between suppliers and our internal teams
* Handling queries, updates, and ongoing communications from suppliers
* Keeping pricing and market information up to date and accurate
* Sharing updates and information with the sales team in a timely way
* Logging and escalating supplier or market changes that may affect the business
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and supplier information
* Ensuring processes and communications follow company guidelines and industry standards
* Bringing a solutions-focused and organised approach to day-to-day tasks
About You
