The Training Lead will assist the Advice Services Manager in all aspects of the Citizens Advice training programme. The role will encompass recruitment of volunteers, maintaining staff and volunteer training records, overseeing, delivering and supporting new staff and volunteers through the training programme as well as spearheading the Advice First Aid initiative and providing Citizens Advice training to community settings.
