Responsibilities
* Oversee small supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
* Manage the Team Managers of each service so that day-to-day running is effective.
* Lead and motivate managers and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Focus on exceeding CQC requirements.
* Adopt a values-driven and strategic approach; be enthusiastic and passionate about care, inclusion and creating positive outcomes.
Qualifications
* Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
