Job Duties:
* Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering educational activities
* Assisting students with their learning and development
* Implementing behaviour management strategies
* Providing one-to-one support for students with additional needs
* Supervising students during break times and outings
Required Qualifications:
* Previous Experience in Education
* Passion for Teaching
* Enhanced DBS Certificate
Education:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in education or child development are desirable.
Experience:
Prior experience working in a classroom setting or educational environment is essential. Experience in supporting students with special educational needs is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proactive and able to use initiative
* Adaptable to different learning styles and needs
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent would be beneficial but not essential.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment, supporting students and teachers during school hours. The ability to work part-time hours is required, with flexibility to adapt to changing educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
