Welfare Manager Location: Aylesford, Kent Salary: Dependent on Experience Contract: Permanent Role Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Welfare Manager to lead their welfare and support services across a 72‑acre residential village supporting veterans and their families. You will oversee welfare delivery, guide residents toward independent living, and ensure staff have the skills, structure, and support needed to work safely and effectively.
