Key Responsibilities
As the Health & Safety Manager, you will:
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
* Lead internal audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.
* Provide expert guidance and support to management, operational teams, and contractors on all Health & Safety matters.
* Promote and embed a proactive, positive safety culture across all areas of the business.
* Drive behavioural safety and wellbeing initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance.
About You
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced individual who brings:
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) in Occupational Health & Safety.
* At least 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety management within construction, security, or related technical industries.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* A logical, analytical mindset for problem-solving in high-risk environments.
* A collaborative and approachable attitude, capable of working both independently and within a team.
