NJR Recruitment are representing a highly regarded Wealth Management organisation who are based in the Solihull area. Our client hold an excellent reputation within the industry for providing Advice to a growing Client bank consisting of high net worth individuals. An exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced IFA Administrator to join their prestigious office based in Birmingham.
Our Client has built up an excellent reputation within the Industry and their ongoing growth has resulted in this opportunity becoming available. To be considered, you will need Industry related experience and ideally experience of using Intelligent Office.
This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has experience of Pensions & Investments as well as delivering first-class service to Clients and Consultants. You will be working for a professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
* New business processing, Annual reviews
* Getting quotes, inputting data, liaising with pension/investment companies, dealing with clients and advisers
* Managing data on Intelligent Office
* Preparing investment reviews off IO for review meetings
* Managing investments on wrap platforms which predominantly use Standard Life but also Old Mutual, Transact, Novia, Ascentric and AJ Bell
* General office duties
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience working in an IFA practice and experience of pensions and investments
* Ideally at least Certificate level
* Experience of Intelligent Office
* Solid communication skills, focused attitude and dedication
