The role will need to be for someone who has certain qualities; super communication skills, a patient and caring nature, ability to work collaboratively with both students and staff and someone with a commitment to safeguarding. You will work alongside the teacher in the classroom, but also providing PPA cover across all year groups, but predominantly Year 1 and Year 2. You will be able to show great classroom management. The role will be full time, 5 days a week working across all year groups from Key Stage 1 (KS1) to Key Stage 2 (KS2). It is a long term placement, with a possibility of it going temporary to permanent.
