We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Yard Team Member to join our team at Lantmännen Unibake. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of yard operations while maintaining high standards in waste management and site cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
As a Yard Team Member, you will be responsible for:
* Emptying product waste bins into compactors and ensuring they are cleaned before returning to the bakery.
* Managing clean packing waste by using the appropriate baler and storing baled waste on the trailer.
* Handling office waste, separating general and recyclable materials into the correct skips.
* Monitoring and reporting compactor levels, LPG, red diesel, and consumables daily.
* Maintaining site safety during adverse weather by clearing snow and salting paths, car parks, and yard areas.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in FLT driving.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Shift Pattern
Fixed Annual Rota: The shift pattern is set and published for the entire calendar year.
Work Pattern
3 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 days on, 3 days off (repeating cycle).
Shift Times
Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00
Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00
Rotational Shifts
2 weeks on night shifts, followed by 2 weeks on day shifts.
Working Days
Shifts will fall on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, depending on the rotation.
Pay Rates
* Day Shift: Starting from £13.25 per hour.
* Overtime: Earn an impressive £19.87 per hour.
