We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee our Soft Play facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring customer service is adhered to. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and fostering positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community.
Job Description of Manager ( For Market Harborough) :
* Work closely with the Director to support business operations and strategic goals.
* Assist the Director during meetings and hold meetings in their absence when required.
* Manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
* Process payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping for staff.
* Oversee on boarding processes, ensuring new team members are welcomed and integrated effectively.
* Handle HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting basic HR queries .
* Work closely with the Director to ensure the day to day running of the soft play is operational.
* Delegate tasks to the Team leader and ensure all is up to date
* Ensure the food hygeine is kept to standards
* Keep in line with Food Hygeine - To maintain our standards for the Cafe
Soft Play Management:
- Oversee the daily running of the soft play area, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for families.
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, training and leadership as needed.
- Respond to customer enquiries and concerns, delivering excellent service.
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld, complying with all relevant regulations.
- Help maintain a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks are kept up to date.
- Cafe to kept fully equipped and stocked up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
