Starting pay £13.93 – 14.93 per hour, rising with training to £14.43-15.43 for hours worked between 11pm – 5 am. All other hours worked will start at a rate of £12.93-13.93, rising to £13.43-14.43 (depending on store location).

What you’ll do
Being a Night Team Leader involves more than just leading — it’s about stepping up and making an impact. Your responsibilities include:
1. Creating smooth shifts even during busy periods
2. Training and accrediting new Baristas
3. Driving success for yourself and your team
4. Crafting new recipes to energise your team
5. Maintaining high standards, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
6. Leading a small night team of yourself and one other
