Duties: Support customers with product know how, queries and monitoring across both front end and back end systems Building genuine rapport, listening closely and communicating with clarity to ensure customer needs are met Speaking to customers via call, live chat, or email Identify vulnerable customers and being aware of potential financial crime, then liaise with internal departments regarding this Follow and suggest policies and procedures, always striving for the best possible outcome for the customer. Key Skills Required: Experience in a similar role within financial services would be beneficial Communication skills - articulate, empathetic and unafraid to challenge processes when it leads to better results Strong initiative and a trusted team player Calm under pressure- when challenges arise, you stay composed, focused and solution oriented. Good problem solving skills This is a hybrid role, with flexibility dependent on business needs. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.
