As a supervisor based from home, overseeing 5 engineers, you will play a vital role in engineering delivery, including M&E maintenance, small installation jobs, and fabric repairs across office facilities. You will oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to ensure compliance and successful completion.
Note: One site is a high-profile conference centre hosting senior government officials and foreign representatives, demanding top-tier engineering services.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Supervising facility maintenance and utility plant operations
* Evaluating performance and ensuring quality standards
* Taking corrective actions to resolve issues
* Understanding and applying the building’s operational rules
* Working with the Technical Services Manager for staff utilization
* Assigning tasks for work tickets and maintenance work orders
