Telesales Executive – Corby Base Salary: £24,500 + Guaranteed Commission of £400/month (for the first 6 months) Monday to Friday - 37.5h per week The Role As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential business customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ambition to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and opportunities
* Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships with existing accounts
* Understand and assess business needs to propose suitable services
* Present and promote products and solutions confidently and persuasively
* Close deals effectively and consistently
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
* Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven outbound telesales or B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
