Your Responsibilities
You will:
* Providehigh-quality nursing careto residents
* Administer medication safely and effectively
* Monitor and assess residents health needs
* Maintain accurate clinical records
* Work collaboratively with carers and healthcare professionals
* Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times
Skills & Experience Required
You must:
* Hold a validNMC registration
* Have experience working in acare home or similar setting
* Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making skills
* Communicate clearly with residents, families and staff
* Be reliable, organised and compassionate
* Be confident working independently and within a team
