As an IT Asset & Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Evri’s IT Asset Database and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You’ll manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring governance, compliance, and cost efficiency while supporting the IT Asset Management Lead in delivering the IT Asset Management Strategy. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and analytical skills will help drive smarter IT investment decisions.

1. Maintaining the IT hardware and software asset portfolio, ensuring compliance with governance, risk, cost control, and performance objectives.
2. Ensuring IT asset processes follow company policies, procedures, and industry best practice.
3. Supporting the implementation of the IT hardware asset lifecycle strategy, collaborating with Procurement, Suppliers, and IT teams.
4. Managing software licenses—including procurement, deployment, optimisation, and harvesting.
5. Provisioning hardware for Evri users, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding/offboarding process.
6. Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the IT Asset Database and CMDB.
7. Conducting periodic audits of hardware and software assets to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
8. Using data-driven insights to optimise IT asset usage and reduce cost across the organisation.
9. Supporting ITAM project deliverables—coordinating activities, chairing meetings, and ensuring accurate data collection.

10. ITIL V4 (required).
11. Relevant Software/Hardware Asset Management certification (desirable).
12. Minimum 1 year’s experience in an IT Asset Analyst or similar role.
13. Experience with ITAM-supporting technologies such as CMDBs, auto-discovery tools, MDM, and SAM.
14. Knowledge of Service Management processes and ITIL principles.
15. At least 1 year of experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
16. Ability to analyse and present accurate data to management for key business decisions.
