About the Role As a Night Nurse, you will take responsibility for leading your shift with confidence, ensuring high standards of clinical care while creating a calm, safe, and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, supporting residents with a range of needs including dementia and end-of-life care, while ensuring all clinical and regulatory standards are consistently met.
