What You'll be doing:
7. Work on product performance and process
8. Reporting and analysis tasks
9. Tech support for customers
10. Support innovation for engineering tasks
11. Perform root cause and corrective action as required
12. Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required
13. Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks
14. KPIs/metrics/data as required
Your Skills:
15. Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
16. Knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing
17. Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
18. Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes
19. Experience of various Manufacturing platforms
20. Technical presentation skills
21. Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company
22. Communication to all levels of the organisation
23. Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
