We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Projects Graduate in Lancashire. The salary is £28,500 per annum. Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week. The role is varied and will allow the opportunity to work alongside the project managers ensuring all matters relating to compliance, quality, health & safety are achieved while gaining a better understanding of construction projects and risks/change management requirements within the Facilities Management Industry. What you will do: Working as part of the Project Management Office to ensure cohesion between cross functional teams (Operations, Commercial etc), accuracy of data/ reporting with a high level of autonomy and supporting ongoing Transformation activities within the contract Providing support to Project Managers to help them perform their duties quickly and accurately. Regularly attending site and client meetings. Assisting with the development of comprehensive Construction Phase Plans and Risk Assessments. Carry out monthly compliance audits and preparing monthly reports. Assist Project Managers with the delivery of a variety of construction projects throughout the estate. Assist Project Managers to develop scope of works and price small project works or client change requests. Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource and process management. What you will bring: Minimum 2:1 Degree in Business or Project Management A driving licence is essential and willingness to travel to sites across all regions Available to join the programme in Summer 2025 Excellent communication skills – written and oral An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
