Job Description
Salary: From £29,000.00 per annum (Depending on experience)
Location: B19, Birmingham, UK
Requirements: A Full UK Driving License, with access to a vehicle during working hours.
The Role:
* Oversee building operations, maintenance and repairs for commercial properties.
* Manage relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and building regulations.
* Schedule and conduct meter readings for utilities (water, gas, electric)
* Carry out site inspections to identify issues and maintain standards.
* Obtain and assess contractor quotes for maintenance work.
* Coordination contractors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
* Manage and coordinate architects, contractors and project consultants.

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and hands-on Assistant Property Manager to keep our commercial properties running smoothly!
You'll handle day-to-day operations, maintenance and compliance, while driving occupancy and rental income.
