The role will be based in the Metering team and will be based around entering meter readings and working from spreadsheets and to help improve our performance. There will also be some work that is more technical, and flow based where flows are sent to third parties to deal with queries. As with all our roles there will be an element of phone work where calls will need to be made to customers and third parties. Customer service experience as well as being proficient with spreadsheets is required.
Responsibilities:
* Inputting meter readings into spreadsheets
* Send technical enquiries through to third parties to deal with
* Inbound and outbound calls to customers and third parties dealing with meter reading queries.
Experience:
* Microsoft Office / Excel
* Customer Service phone work
