Nursery Practitioner (Level 2-3) - Permanent Opportunity
Location: Coventry, CV1
Pay: £25,000 per annum plus benefits (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
* Assistant with planning and delivering engaging activities for children within the nursery
* Support learning, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, nurturing environment
* Observe and record progress to guide next steps
* Maintain a calm, inclusive setting and promote positive behaviour
Requirements
* Level 2-3 childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent)
* Experience working with children aged 0–6 years in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development principles
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with colleagues and parents
* Understanding of health, safety, and safeguarding practices in childcare
* Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
