We are working with a leading professional services firm to appoint an experienced Head of Reward on a fixed-term contract. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting the business across the full reward agenda, with an immediate start and the potential for the contract to extend beyond the initial four months.
End-to-end management of the reward cycle, including annual pay review, bonus and benefits

Oversight and management of payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery

Review and development of reward frameworks, policies and processes
*
Stakeholder management across HR, Finance and senior leadership
*
Proven experience operating at Head of Reward or senior reward leadership level
*
Strong technical knowledge across compensation, benefits and payroll
*
4-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend
*
Competitive day rate / salary (DOE)
*
Hybrid working from either Glasgow or Edinburgh
