Job Description
The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations including cleaning, reception, and contractor management at the site located in Hemel Hempsted, HP2 4TZ.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-quality environment at our client's HQ, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
The supervisor acts as the primary contact for on-site operations, ensuring service excellence, legislative compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
The role requires a proactive approach, maintaining strong contractor relationships, managing permit-to-work processes, and enforcing health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supervising cleaning and reception teams
* Managing subcontractors and site activities
* Controlling permit-to-work and contractor sign-in/out processes
* Ensuring health & safety and company procedures compliance
* Meeting KPIs and SLAs
* Conducting site inspections and resolving issues
* Driving performance and team development
Qualifications and skills required:
* Experience managing Hard and Soft FM services and subcontractors
* Knowledge of permit-to-work processes
* Proven leadership in cleaning and service delivery
* Strong communication skills for client interactions
* IOSH and COSHH knowledge preferred; FM qualifications desirable
* Ability to manage compliance, risk, and service delivery
* Leadership, performance management, and site coordination skills
