Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part Time Telesales professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2C business clients to introduce and promote our offerings
* Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions effectively
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software
* Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing relationships to maximise sales opportunities
* Update and manage customer information within CRM systems
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve outreach strategies
* Ensure professional communication standards are upheld during all calls
* Document call outcomes and provide reports as required by management
* Providing advice and support to customers in-store
* To support any other needs the business and other team members.
Experience
* Prior experience in telemarketing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Strong verbal communication skills in English
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles will be considered an asset
* Be proficient in all Microsoft packages especially Excel
Hours
Saturdays and one other be confirmed at interview
flexible to cover Holidays, sickness etc
