Credit Controller - Reading - £28,000 / £32,000 - Hybrid working

About the Role:
This role will see you take responsibility for managing outstanding debts, ensuring accurate records are maintained, and providing essential support to the wider Credit Control function.
Duties will include:
1. Contacting clients to recover overdue payments
2. Maintaining ownership of a portfolio of client accounts
3. Updating and managing financial records
4. Highlighting and escalating potential payment concerns
5. Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
6. Assisting with general administrative and ad-hoc finance tasks
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have prior experience in Credit Control, with strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and V-lookups). A confident telephone manner, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential.
