Drive Digital Growth in a Fast-Moving Trade Business
DMS Flooring Supplies, part of the Gowling Group, is a leading independent flooring distributor supplying trade customers across the UK. As we continue to invest in our digital capability, we are looking for a commercially driven and detail-focused Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence and digital revenue.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of the business. You will work closely with Sales, Buying, Operations and Branch teams to enhance our Trade Portal, drive campaigns and improve the customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

The Role
Hours: Part Time - 30 Hours Per Week
Location: Based at our Head Office in Northampton
Digital Sales & Trade Portal
Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the DMS Trade Portal
Create and maintain high-quality product listings, imagery and descriptions
Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies
Improve search functionality and online merchandising
Analyse customer journey and conversion performance
Support integration between the Trade Portal and our ERP system
Campaigns & Commercial Performance
Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns alongside Sales, Buying and Operations teams
Support new product launches and promotional activity
Maintain digital price lists and special offers
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Identify opportunities to grow B2B sales across new geographical areas
Digital Promotion
Support digital campaigns that drive sales into the portal
Ensure online messaging aligns with physical branch activity
Work with external IT and digital partners to enhance innovation
Product & Data Management
Support companywide product creation and database management
Maintain accurate, consistent product data
Coordinate updates across departments
Support integration of data, applications and imagery across group businesses
About You
Essential:
Experience in digital sales, ecommerce, marketing or a similar role
Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Confident analysing performance data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
Experience using Magento & Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
OrderWise ERP experience
Experience within B2B or trade environments
