We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various sites. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organised, and welcoming for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient operations.
* Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between sites.
* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
