Family Solicitor – Manchester City Centre
This opportunity is with a client-focused law firm with a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic, compassionate legal advice. Based in Manchester city centre, the firm is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated Family Solicitor to join its supportive and ambitious team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private and public family matters, including:
* Divorce and financial remedy proceeding
* Children law matter
* Domestic abuse
* Cohabitation and separation agreements
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Domestic abuse matters
The role offers genuine autonomy, direct client contact and the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 3+ PQE, although all levels will be considered)
* Has solid experience handling a full caseload of private and public family matters
* Demonstrates strong advocacy and negotiation skills
* Is confident managing client relationships independently
* Has a commercial mindset and an interest in contributing to the firm's growth
* Panel membership (e.g., Law Society Family Panel) would be advantageous but is not essential.
